Eryn Barker is the Founder and CEO of Path Rise Consulting, LLC, an education consulting firm specializing in strategic program design, curriculum development, marketing integration, and implementation support for future-ready initiatives. With over fifteen years of leadership across K–12, higher education, and regional workforce systems, Eryn brings a rare blend of clinical psychology, business strategy, and educational innovation to every partnership.

Throughout her career, Eryn has led the development of innovative academy models, early college pathways, and equity-driven programs that connect academic learning with career readiness and social-emotional growth. She has successfully secured and managed more than $3 million in grant funding, guided large-scale program implementation, and collaborated with school districts, colleges, community organizations, and industry partners to create sustainable, high-impact initiatives.

Eryn’s leadership is grounded in data-driven strategy, relationship-building, and holistic systems design.
